The 2023 edition of Seafuture presented at Euronaval

Presented to Euronaval, the eighth edition of Seafuture: the business convention on dual use major maritime organization organized in Italy by Italian Blue Growth srl in close collaboration with the Navy.  

The presentation was hosted at the exhibition space of Fincantieri, a leading company in the sector that every year renews its strategic link with SEAFUTURE. The event was attended, in addition to Cristiana Pagni, chairman of Italian Blue Growth srl, the Chief of Staff of the Navy, Admiral Enrico Credendino, the Deputy Secretary General of Defense, Admiral Pier Federico Bisconti, General Claudio Graziano, president of Fincantieri , Dr. Pier Roberto Folgiero, CEO of Fincantieri and other numerous authorities and company representatives.

IGB's participation in Euronaval is a consolidated presence and by virtue of this SEAFUTURE has its own stand, located inside the Italian Pavilion (sector H L-123), where IGB staff will be ready to provide information and support to the players. who intend to participate in the eighth edition to be held from 5 to 8 June 2023 inside the Naval base of La Spezia, a unique place in the world that represents a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

The indicators referable to the 2023 edition already outline an important growth in terms of space - about 20.000 square meters - of companies and delegations from all over the world. The bilateral meetings planned between the companies and the delegations of the Navy and foreign ones will be 3.

Growing numbers compared to the 2021 edition that underline the increasingly important strategic importance of the event all over the world and for this reason many companies have already reconfirmed their presence.

The issues that will be at the center of the eighth edition of SEAFUTURE are those dictated by the international agenda, which tackles, even in a dramatic way, the main guidelines: safety from the surface to the seabed; technological developments with particular reference to emerging research fields, such as cyber security, unmanned e underwater; logistics and infrastructure.
