Leonardo and the national trade unions have signed an Agreement for pre-retirement, pursuant to art. 4 Law 92/2012, the so-called Fornero Law, which will involve up to 500 employees who will meet the requirements to access the early retirement measure in the three-year period 2021-2023.
This Agreement is part of a relational process with which Leonardo and the Trade Unions, starting from the Framework Agreement of 17 December 2020, agreed to manage the cyclical reduction in volumes through a mix of tools, with progressive activation represented by management, regulatory and contractual actions.
In particular, this intervention, shared with the trade unions, is associated, as planned, with the gradual relocation of resources to other Group Divisions already underway since the last quarter of 2020.
