Leonardo-Finmeccanica acquires the company Sistemi Dinamici and strengthens itself in unmanned systems

Leonardo-Finmeccanica has reached 23 December full control of Sistemi Dinamici SpA, with the acquisition of 60% of the capital from IDS SpA The operation is aimed at further strengthening Leonardo's commitment in the 'unmanned' sector thanks to the acquisition of the program relating to the new SD-150 'Hero' light-controlled helicopter. Leonardo has thus expanded its 'unmanned' helicopter portfolio which already includes the largest SW-4 Solo and consolidates its capabilities as a systems integrator, including both platforms and equipment and sensors.
