Leonardo today announces the completion of the acquisition of control of GEM Elettronica for approximately 16 million euros.
Following the closing, Leonardo holds 65% and control of the company.
The transaction is in line with the objectives of the Industrial Plan aimed at pursuing key acquisitions in strategic areas.
This operation will allow Leonardo to strengthen and complete its offer of radars and systems for Naval and Coastal applications thanks to the complementarity of the product portfolio.
