Launch of the third class of the "ELITE Leonardo Lounge", the environment dedicated to high-potential companies of supply chain leaders di Leonardo developed by ELITE of the Italian Stock Exchange and enriched with contents and services dedicated to Leonardo suppliers.
With the new 23 entries, Leonardo's key suppliers who have progressively joined the ELITE program rise to over 67. The companies included in the ELITE Leonardo Lounge come from 13 different regions, for an aggregate turnover of 1,3 billion euros and a total of over 7.500 employees.

The ELITE Leonardo Lounge, a model developed in co-design to meet the specific needs of high-potential companies in the Leonardo supply chain, in fact allows suppliers who decide to enter the program, to structure their resilience, growth and internationalization plans that need of high transversal skills, especially in terms of managerial skills and internal organizational structure.
The initiative is part of the optimization and strengthening of the supply chain leaders that Leonardo started in 2018 with the program Leonardo Empowering Advanced Partnership (LEAP2020) in line with the objectives of the Business Plan. The purpose of LEAP2020 is in fact to make the supplier base in some high-impact categories more solid and sustainable, contributing to their qualitative and dimensional growth; to grow a selected pool of partners, more integrated into Leonardo's production ecosystem and capable of innovating and competing also on international markets, consolidating poles of excellence on certain technologies.
