The US Air Force received on Tuesday the first B-1 bomber upgraded with the new Boeing Integrated Battle Station: addition of color displays, sliding maps and a new diagnostic system.

The upgrade, the deepest in the history of the B-1 program, would improve the bomber by providing the crew with more information on what is happening on the battlefield, as well as faster and safer communication skills in favor of engaging enemy targets .

The delivery took place at the Air Force Base in Dyess, Texas.
