MBDA has been assigned by the German Directorate-General for Armaments (Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr - BAAINBw) a contract for the acquisition of missile systems Enforcer for the armed forces.
Signed on 20 December, the agreement will meet German requirements for a light, day / night, precision-guided, shoulder-mounted weapon system with an effective range of over 1.800 m.
Enforcer offers precision capabilities against static and lightly armored mobile targets, in cover and at long range even in urban environments.
The system is the result of a multinational program.
