For the fifth consecutive year, Elettronica obtains the Great Place to Work certification

Elettronica has obtained the certification Great Place to Work® reconfirming itself for the fifth consecutive year among the best Italian companies with more than 500 employees to work for. A prestigious recognition that confirms Elettronica as a quality work environment, among the best in Italy, attentive to the quality of its organizational culture and its work environment with an organizational model centered on people and based on the values ​​of reliability, belonging, credibility, respect, fairness and pride which are at the heart of corporate social responsibility and actions.

The company distinguished itself following the survey on the organizational climate conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute, interviewing employees who have expressed an opinion on their work environment. The guidelines through which the corporate culture has been analyzed are two, on the one hand the work environment and on the other the personnel management policies, such as human resource management processes oriented towards continuous training, work-life balance, sense of belonging and pride, strong drive towards employer branding and therefore attractiveness towards the labor market and talents, as well as attention to innovation and Social Responsibility.

The 2021-2022 survey, in which 83% of the company population took part, returned positive values. On the subject of pride and belonging, 80% of the company population said "I am proud to say that I work for this company", a value that rises to 100% among the under 25s. Furthermore, 82% strongly believe in the values ​​of Electronics. Equally positive were the opinions expressed regarding company benefits and work-life balance, considering that 80% think they have particular benefits.

In fact, Elettronica has distinguished itself for its welfare policies with the aim of supporting and increasing the well-being of its people, listening to their needs and promoting work-life balance. Through the "Enjoy Life Time" Welfare plan, enriched every year and highly appreciated for the types of services offered and for the ease of use, numerous services relating to welfare and assistance, health and safety, education are made available to people , mobility, culture and free time and shopping.

The latest novelty of 2022 is the introduction of the smart working structural at company level, with a trade union agreement with the RSU and a Regulation that incorporates the national protocol between the government and the social partners. For the first time in Electronics, the new flexible working method will therefore be regulated, which helps to reconcile life and work times, improving productivity and focusing on results.

The introduction of the smart working it also takes into account what emerged from the survey, in fact 70% of colleagues believe that this way of working has a positive impact on making people responsible for the objectives and that it is possible to create a team even by working remotely.

The opinions expressed by the new hires are also positive: "When a person is hired, they are made to feel welcome", asserts 87% of our people, testifying to the effectiveness of our "On-boarding" paths for new hires together with the emphasis on enhancing skills. Elettronica has also implemented the "Learning Management System", a digital module that allows you to coordinate the entire corporate training process from planning to the evaluation of results, the provision of certification and the historicization of the employee's curriculum vitae, and the Performance system Management to know and fill the skills gaps detected and shared.

The Social Responsibility path undertaken by the company for years has also been appreciated, considering that 82% believe that the Sustainability Report, drawn up annually by Elettronica, has a positive impact on the image and activities of the company.

This certification is part of a virtuous path started 5 years ago and which has been enriched with other important awards such as the title of "Best Workplaces Italy", "Best Workplaces Europe" "Most Attractive Employers" in addition to the "Welfare Index PMI" , awards that confirmed Elettronica's excellence as an employer both in Italy and in Europe.
