Iran on the attack, but not only. Turkey also bombards Iraq

Let's start the dance: of the two Iranian missiles directed towards Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, one "missed" the base of almost five kilometers and did not explode, while the other hit the Bardarsh campaign without making victims. About twenty rockets, meanwhile, hit the bases of Camp Cooke and the basis of al-Assad in the Sunni regions of Iraq.

For now, apart from the Tweet of The Donald during the night, only the Foreign Office made itself heard, with a note condemning the attack and calling for a return to the negotiation. Probably, Minister Di Maio would like such a "peaceful" note.

The exchange of "courtesies" between Washington and Tehran even in the diplomatic sphere is less friendly: while the first denies Minister Zafir a visa to participate in the UN assembly, the second announces the suspension of exchanges of prisoners (and spies, let's say we).

We leave out the comments pending more information and just inform you about the current events: in the last 24 hours a Turkish air raid has killed two militants of the PKK (Kurdish Communist Party, the number one enemy of Ankara among the Kurds) in Gara, in the far north of Iraq, but it didn't even appear in the news as a short story. By the way, the region - officially part of the Iraqi Kurdish region and territorially controlled by Baghdad - is literally filled with observation points and bases of the Turkish Armed Forces, one of which - a few hours away from Mosul - is very close to one of targets "ciccate" by the Iranians.

Last but not least, in the Nineveh plain the Islamic State still controls a territory as vast as Friuli-Venezia Giulia or a little more.
