Tex Willer, seventy years old and don't show them!

Tex Willer, a myth for those who, at the end of the seventies, faced the world of comics.

My approach to the Tex series was characterized by a voracious and little attention to order.
The adventures of this guardian of the law who did justice in his own way fascinated me so much that I happened to read for hours without detaching a moment.

His characters, the Navajo Tiger Jack, the "old" Kit Carson (hopefully he will not hear me), the young Kit Willer, the wise oriental scholar with his gloomy Aztec butler, the terrible Mephisto and his son Yama, accompanied and stimulated the my fantasy ... but Tex was and has always been my favorite: the spotless ranger, defender of the weak and guardian of the law. Tex and his faithful Dynamite ...
Tex, "Eagle of the Night" for his Navajos.

Of course, other times, but I must honestly say that when I can I still dedicate myself to the healthy reading of a comic book.
So, a few days ago, at Fiumicino airport, while I was looking for something to read, I came across the first issue of Bonelli's new comic book almost by chance: Tex Willer, dead or alive!
Initially I thought about a new reissue but soon I realized that it was an unprecedented. Intrigued, I also found the monthly number, with free the number zero of the new series.
I certainly did not waste time and I bought the new books, which I read during the trip.

Well, Tex Willer, for his seventieth birthday, gives us a new exciting series that promises to explore characters and moments of the "life" of my favorite hero, sometimes only touched in the main series.

Who, like me, grew up on bread and Galep can not help but be happy.

What to say more?
Happy reading and ... long life at Tex Willer!
