The 28 February 2017 was presented at the Defense Committee of the Chamber of Deputies with the proposal of the basic text on "Dispositions concerning Military Representation".
From a first and rapid reading of the text it does not appear absolutely innovative but re-proposes, with a spelling restyling, the same rules foreseen by the by now antiquated law n. 382 / 78 and subsequent amendments.
