The COCER CARABINIERI learns with satisfaction the suspension of the approval of the provision on the crime of "torture" with the hope that this pause for further reflection will allow the definition of a text of law in line with the national and international norms on human rights that take into due consideration, at the same time, the right sensitivity towards those who, on duty and off duty, are called to defend all citizens, even putting their personal safety at risk.
