Civil Defense and White Paper: better to talk about it?

26/07/15

Lately there seems to be a sort of "taboo" in the Defense communication: dealing with the White Book. The text has raised a large number of controversies for months: first for the anomalous delay with which it was presented, then for the contents that have caused more than a few twists and caused many stomach aches.

The work in progress in the commissions (military) that will allow the implementation on the one hand could justify certain "cautions" but on the other arouse some concern for the autocratic road that appears to have been undertaken at the beginning and that it seems you still want to go .

Last week we published one letter, energetic and argumentative, of the representative of one of the major civilian defense personnel unions. To find out more about a component of Defense such as that of civilian personnel, too often - let's face it - unnoticed or undervalued, and to understand critical observations of those who experience reform from within, we met Giancarlo Pittelli, general coordinator of FLP Difesa.

Good vision! (We will talk about the civil defense component and from 23'22 "of the White Book ...)
