Isn't ISIS bombed and "fired on the Red Cross"?

(To Andrea Cucco)

These are difficult times of war. A few hundred kilometers from us you shoot, you violate and you kill but the national politics is reassuring and speaks willingly about something else. Thus celebrations, anniversaries, parades, fanfares continue and, at the same time, reforms continue, begun in a much more serene time.

It may make sense to change if you can reduce costs or improve services, what is going to happen to the Red Cross Military Corps - near its 150 anniversary! - however it seems to be unbelievable: it will be demilitarized and substantially dismantled without the logic of saving or improving performance.

We returned to find the commander of the Italian Red Cross Military Corps, General Gabriele Lupini, to understand what will happen in a few weeks ...

Good vision!
