Matteo Perego from Cremnago, present with the Minister of Defense the Hon. Guido Crosetto, at the inauguration of Villaggio Italia in Tokyo, the Japanese stop on Nave's world tour Amerigo Vespucci. “This project, strongly desired by the Minister of Defence, is the result of a joint commitment by the Government and the country system, and represents an extraordinary opportunity to promote Italy on a global level and strengthen international ties in a part of the world that will always become more important in the future."

“This event represents an important step in cooperation between Italy and Japan; a growth in bilateral relations in various areas which is fundamental in this particular historical moment" concluded the undersecretary.
Ship Vespucci, which left for the world tour from Genoa on 1 July 2023, after the stop in Tokyo it will continue to sail and reach, together with Villaggio Italia, numerous ports in the world to show the opportunities and the best part of our country. The world tour will end in 2025, with Nave's return Vespucci in Italy, about two years after leaving.
