“I join the words of the Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto in thanking, on behalf of all the Air Force personnel, those who - at every level - have worked with commitment in recent years within the Military Representation Bodies, contributing with attention and through continuous and fruitful dialogue with the Armed Forces authorities to always seek better working conditions for men and women in uniform", these are the words of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Squadron General Luca Goretti, on the sidelines of the publication in the Official Gazette of the decree of the Minister for Public Administration, the Hon. Paolo Zangrillo, in agreement with the Minister of Defense, the Hon. Guido Crosetto and the Minister of Economy and Finance, Giancarlo Giorgetti, with whom the Professional Trade Union Associations among Military Personnel (APCSM) become fully operational and representative of the personnel of the Armed Forces, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza , replacing the military representation, created in 1978 and divided into the Central Representative Council (Co.Ce.R.), Intermediate Representative Council (Co.IR) and Basic Representative Council (Co.Ba.R.).
“In this circumstance, I wish the nascent Professional Associations good luck in their work” added the general. Goretti, “with whom we are immediately ready to collaborate in a profitable and constructive way to face the commitments and challenges that await us”.
