We have just seen on May 9th the review of Russian military strength during their "Victory Day". On July 14 it will be up to France to celebrate its National Day. In the middle we will see our Italian Republic Day on June 2nd.
But what is a military parade?
What is it for?
Is it an internal message only or to the world?
If what should be a show of force becomes demeaning political carnage, who pays the consequences?
