In the era of baby gangs, youth problems and growing critical issues related to the management of nightlife, Italian public administrations are faced with increasingly complex challenges to ensure safety and decorum in urban areas.
There have been numerous interventions and solutions proposed, but only one is emerging as particularly effective in countering the problems caused by baby gangs or those deriving from the Movida, and that is the one that involves the use of Control Services Employees employee of private security agencies authorized by the prefectures.

The event will be attended by the mayor of Parma Michele Guerra, Gian Guido Nobili, responsible for the Emilia-Romagna Region for Integrated Urban Security Policies, and the Councilor for Security of the Municipality of Milan Marco Granelli, promoters of initiatives in the area that have successfully seen the use of Control Services Officers. Experts in the sector will speak, such as Professor Sonia Stefanizzi of the University of Milan Bicocca and operators of the Street units of the Municipality of Parma, as well as the director of TEP Davide Mezzadri.
