On October 15 at 10.00 am a ceremony will be celebrated near the Paratroopers Monument, in Via Aldo Moro, for the 80th anniversary of the birth of the Tarquinia Military Parachuting School.
In addition to the mayor of Tarquinia, the civil and military authorities and the weapon associations will be present.
During the event, a mass will be officiated in suffrage for the chaplain, Don Augusto Baldini.
At the end, a plaque will be discovered in "MEMORY OF THE LIONS OF FOLGORE" and of all those who participated with self-denial in the Tarquinian school, the first of military character in Italy.
After the ceremony, a delegation from the Etruscan section will go to the monumental cemetery of Tarquinia, in the parvis of paratroopers, for the deposition of a cushion of flowers in memory of the fallen.
