The ceremony for the delivery of the patent to 93 new military paratroopers of the Italian Army took place at the Gamerra Barracks in Pisa, headquarters of the Parachuting Training Center (CAPAR).

Paola Del Din, class 1923, was the first Italian military parachutist and the only woman to have carried out a war launch in April of 1945 with the aim of carrying important documents fundamental to the fate of the War of Liberation.

After the war he graduated in literature at the University of Padua, taught for a few years, won a scholarship and emigrated to the United States, where at the University of Pennsylvania, he obtained the title of "Master of Arts". Back in Italy she dedicated herself to teaching in public schools.
