(To CME Emilia Romagna)
13/06/19

The first project of "courses for transversal skills and orientation", sponsored and carried out in the Region by an Army Military Command, started on 28 May in Bologna.

Organized and led by the "Emila Romagna" Army Military Command, which followed all the authorization phases with the Armed Forces Summit Unit, the project involves ten boys from two high schools in the city and province, who for three weeks will operate at inside the historic barracks Cialdini of Bologna, the oldest military site in the city (such as the 1861).

The activities of the students will be articulated, with the supervision of the military manager in charge, in training projects and training internships alongside the civil and military operators of the Command's document office, and will consist of:

- in the archiving, reorganization and cataloging of the huge archival heritage;

- in response to requests from external bodies (mainly INPS, Police Headquarters, Municipalities) and citizens with a legitimate interest;

- in updating the general database of documents in the archive using a specific software.

The Emilia Romagna Army Military Command coordinates in the Region the multiple activities related to the presidential sector, recruitment, completion forces, public information and the promotion of recruitments.

Together with the documentary office employee, he performs a wide range of tasks, essentially referring to:

- the information, registry, documentation and registration number of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Carabinieri personnel;

- the management of staff on leave;

- the instruction of health practices for the recognition of infirmities returned to service, fair compensation and ordinary privileged pension.

It represents, in accordance with the 150 law n.2000, the public help desk (URP) for the Emilia Romagna region,

allowing access to the documentation produced and / or held by the Military Public Administration, in compliance with the law n. 241 of the 1990.
