In recent days, at the Cellina Meduna polygon, the exercise "Dart Armored", a complex multi-party activity, with opposing parties, organized by the command of the 132 ^ armored brigade "Aries" for the maintenance of the operating standard of the assets in the force package for the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF) 2018.
Multiple training objectives of the exercise, including perfecting the conceptual, organizational and executive skills necessary for the operational use of the multi-ary complex, testing and possibly refining the technical-tactical procedures of the maneuvering units, focusing attention on the management of the third dimension and coordination between the units combat e combat support, and consolidate the amalgam between the units making up the complex.
At the exercise, which developed through the conduct of offensive and defensive tactical activities, in a hypothetical scenario warfighting, participated assemblies of the 11 ° Bersaglieri regiment, present as primary training audience, of the 187 ° regiment paratroopers, of the 32 ° and of the 132 ° regiment carri, of the 5 ° regiment AVES RIGEL, as well as nuclei of the 10 ° regiment genius guastatori with bridging capacity, of the 41 ° regiment SORAO and of the 1 ° regiment mountain artillery . Numerous means and weapon systems used, including 16 "Aries" wagons, equipped with the BT46 shooting simulator, 21 VCC Dardo armored vehicles, 6 VTLM Lince, rotary wing trims (2 helicopters A 129 and 1 AB 205) and fixed (1 C130J), a Raven, a gittaponte wagon and a rescue wagon.

The commitment in the VJTF of the Aries driving force package will continue in the autumn with the "Trident Juncture 2018" exercise that will take place in Norway and that promises to be the most demanding training activity of the Atlantic Alliance of the last twenty years , with the participation of over forty thousand soldiers from more than thirty nations.
