Over 20 complex obstacles were set up along a 13 km route which, starting from the center of the village of Le Grazie, allowed the athletes to reach Fort Muzzerone, where the Raiders of Marina train, descend towards the wonderful village of Porto Venere and go back passing through the Varignano where they faced the agility path used by the students of the Comsubin School Group.

This type of competition, sought by Comsubin to bring together a pool of people who, by type of training and physicality, could represent a good possibility of enlistment for the two operational components of the Command, had its epicenter in the square of the public gardens of the town , an area in which a "citadel" of sport has been created which gathered the athletes in the initial and final stages of the event. And it is precisely in these moments that these people, animated by a healthy sporting spirit, involved the local population who, taking to the streets, shared the beauty of what was happening. In particular, one of the most significant moments of the day happened a few moments before the departure, when all those present, athletes and ordinary people, sang the national anthem together and aloud.

About 400 civilians and 100 soldiers took part in the OCR race, divided into the teams of Comsubin and the Naval Academy for the Navy and that of the Army Rangers, who faced the difficult and tough path of the competition, managing to complete it in decidedly short times. The overall winner was Luca Pezzani from Ticino, who finished the race in 1 hour and 12 minutes, while the Navy won with com. 2 ^ Riccardo Mori, followed by a Marshal Incursore and by the sc diver Mirko Zinani.
