Friday 24 February twenty-five visitors between officers, non-commissioned officers and troops of all the armed forces and two officers belonging to the Air Section of the Guardia di Finanza, concluded the 18 "Aerocooperation" course at the Inter-Force Training Institute of Guidonia (RM).
The basic two-week course was intended to provide the knowledge necessary to perform the functions of person in charge of planning and organizing operational activities of air, land and naval cooperation, as well as the basic notions for access to subsequent courses of Liaison officer GLO / NLO / ALO (Ground, Naval, Air Liason Officer).
During the course, the attendees had the opportunity to carry out educational visits to some Commandments of the Roman area where inter-force cooperation is crucial: the Interoperable Summit Operations Command (COI DEFENSE), the Inter-Force Command for Special Forces Operations (COFS) and the Command in Head of the Naval Squadron (CINCNAV) of the Navy. An important formative moment to verify in the field what was learned during the teaching activity at the Aerocooperation School.
