In his speech of thanksgiving the gen. Goretti spoke about the positive experience experienced as a Defense Officer in the USA, Canada and Mexico, which allowed him to learn more about these countries and appreciate the human and professional relationships established there, which are a memory that will always keep in the heart .

The gen. sa Luca Goretti served as a defense officer in the USA from the 24 in August 2015 to the 25 in August 2018, from the Cabinet of the Minister of Defense, where he had previously held the position of Deputy Head of Cabinet.

La Legion of Merit it is a military decoration of the United States of America, created by President Franklin D. Roosevelt the 20 July 1942, and granted to members of the US Army and the allied nations.
