With reference to the press release of the 7 September 2018 (more), Leonardo announces that the closing of the purchase of 98,54% of Vitrociset took place today, as all the required conditions have been verified, including the Golden Power and Antritust authorizations.
Leonardo therefore holds 100% of the capital of Vitrociset.
The operation creates value by contributing to the strengthening of Leonardo in its core business of Services, in particular Logistics, Simulation & Training and Space Operations.
