The world is in turmoil, the settlement at Donald Trump's White House breaks chains and balances that have lasted for decades, from a military point of view the confusion is double because in the game of international alliances it is no longer clear who is the friend and who the enemy, who must defend who and from whom.
Following the logical thread that unfolds in the international scenarios is not easy, let's try to take a step back: a few months ago (May 2016) the United States implemented a military structure in the Deveselu base in Romania, the first part of a shield missile all along the eastern European border; NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and a delegation from the US government were present.
In the original programs the defense system "Aegis Ashore" will run along the border of eastern countries with a post in Poland designed to create a Baltic shield attached to the Russian borders; four missile launchers of the "Aegis" system are already in operation located in the Spanish base of Rota operating in the Mediterranean, the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea; finally, there is a platform in Turkey, the command center in Germany and the Sigonella military base which acts as a support for the operating units in the Mediterranean.
In this context the Muos of Niscemi, at the center of endless controversy in Italy, is strategic for high frequency satellite communications.

The exchange of accusations between Moscow and Washington begins, from the White House they accuse Putin of having poisoned relations and undermined military equilibrium with "Joint-Sea 2015-II" a joint Russian-Chinese military operation that took place in the eastern Mediterranean in the summer of 2015 ; to attentive eyes and to the connoisseurs of history it seemed to relive a film already seen in the middle of the Cold War with the Italian territorial waters infested with Russian nuclear submarines and the Americans committed to coordinating and managing the coup d'etat in Italy, the infamous "Coup of forestry ”designed by Prince Junio Valerio Borghese.
In Moscow they reject the accusations against the sender, so much so that the strategic alliance between the Russians and the Chinese is inevitable after the economic sanctions have undermined the Russian economy, sanctions that the FSB considers the result of a clever operation of the CIA and of the hooks politicians that American services can boast throughout the West.
In the midst of the diplomatic break, the report of the director of the Nuclear Information Project to the FAS, (Federation of American scientists), drafted by the director Hans Kristensen, emerged: this report, made known with a timeline agreed with the leaders of the American government, testifies the work restyling of the Aviano and Ghedi Torre bases respectively in Friuli and Brescia and others in Europe, an avalanche of dollars invested in latest-generation nuclear weapons.
America shows its muscles to historical enemies and to the whole world, all this during the Obama administration.

We come to the present day with the cyclone Donald Trump; he seems to have gone on a rampage when they awarded the former United States President the Nobel Prize since Congress during the period when the former governor of Illinois took office allocated 200 billion dollars (down payment on 1000 in ten years) for the strengthening of nuclear weapons, attack submarines, strategic bombers and, as mentioned, of the European anti-missile shield.
