September XNUMX and Italy in gray-green that no longer exists

Galli della Loggia sanctioned in a well-known writing that with the 25 July the homeland was dead, it would be to add that September 8 celebrated the funeral and today with the XXI century in an advanced (decomposition) state we can safely consider the chapter closed of independent and sovereign Italy.

Because so much pessimism is soon said, the Italy of the 1943 had certainly already lost the war, probably already lost it with the American decision to accept the Japanese gauntlet at Pearl Arbor, certainly lost it because in the millennial struggle of the flesh against the gold the latter has always won.

So what should we have done? Probably not going into the war, but having removed this option, impractical for historical-political reasons too complex to define in a few lines, very little else remained in the hands of those who were deputed to the final decisions. Places therefore in the condition of the defeated, to avoid that the hundreds of thousands of dead sacrificed to the altar of the molok war, may have fallen in vain, the reasoning must pass from the material level of the interest of some elites towards the ethical dimension of the Community interest.

Without the 8 September 1943 Italy would have lost the war game, but it certainly would have won the war of identity and nation. In order for this to happen it was necessary however that some figures did not turn into figurines or "figurines", just to mention some of them, the fugitive king, the transformative Badoglio, the "Great Britain" and the inadequate Mussolini, a conger of individuals, come to mind. which gave proof of political inadequacy and vulgar opportunism by consigning at the same time to the Allied and German invaders without distinction an Italy divided in two first of all from the moral point of view and then also on the physical and economic level.

The 8 September for these reasons will be the symbolic date of the Italic marasmus and at the same time the redde rationem of the baseness perpetrated by the Savoy, by Garibaldi, Sonnino, Badoglio and others, the retaliation of a unit made in a hurry on the escort of foreign interests and on the shoulders of the immaculate and noble ideals of a generation of idealists that we could define as "Mamelians", it turned out a substitute of a homeland whose bitter taste we began to savor on that day of late summer of 1943 and we continue to misunderstand it today, without have the strength to spit it out.

In the society of the masses conditioned by advertising, the modern totem of the mercantile divinity, it is in the symbols that the key to the skein of this September shame must be sought. Among the many symbolic discrepancies of this time as in the past, however, one of the strongest and least known are the shape and color of military uniforms, still today the Italian army, the first armed force of the state and symbol of national cohesion and why not, guardian of the national interest as defender of last resort of the nation. This fundamental institution, more than seventy years after the armistice of Cassibile, wears the shape and colors of the enemy invader, then a friend of the financier, in the most classic Italian style of being a bit with everyone and then proving that do with anyone, but returning to the uniforms the intent of the allies during the war years it was clear to cancel the strong symbols of the state as well as men and by canceling this permanently erase the memory, in particular by depriving an army of their uniforms. it made them renounce their legitimacy, even in the mind of international law, emptying it of its function and undermining the essential element of motivation for combat, the will.

It seems absurd that a change in the color and cut of the uniforms can so much, in reality in an environment made up of symbols that on the basis of tradition and repetition founds its efficiency, all this becomes essential. From the example of the uniform and the lack of will, even today, in returning to the gray-green "deceased" the tangible sign that the effects of that September 8 are a wound still too vivid in the consciousness of a people who did not know never become a nation.
