The members of the Parliamentary Investigation Commission on Depleted Uranium and vaccines to elect the bureau and start work have finally been reunited after 2 sessions without a quorum.
The national delegates of the non-commissioned officers of the Italian Air Force Belfiori, Alfio Messina and Marco Cicala express their deep satisfaction with the institution of the bureau and wish the president Hon. Gianpiero Scanu, to the vice presidents Hon. Donatella Duranti and the Hon. Ivan Catalano, to the secretaries Hon. Gianluca Rizzo and Hon. Paola Boldrini and all the other members of the Commission.
It is an event that has been awaited for years by the soldiers still alive affected by diseases and by the families of those who unfortunately are no longer there. It is not a question of defining political or party-oriented strategies but of giving space to the value of man, justice and the foundations of service to the institutions.
Now all immediately to work - the Belfiori, Messina and Cicala delegates conclude - and we are ready today to make our knowledge and skills available to Parliament as already recognized by the Commission of Inquiry into the deaths of soldiers from the previous legislature.
