75 ° Anniversary of the landing of Anzio - Nettuno

Defense Chief of Staff Enzo Vecciarelli took part, today in Nettuno, in the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Allied landing.

In addition to the Chief of Defense, the Ambassador of the United States of America participated in the celebrations at the monumental cemetery of Neptune, if Lewis Eisenberg, the extraordinary commissioner of Neptune, dr. Bruno Strati and the mayor of Anzio, dr. Candido De Angelis.

The celebration continued with the deposition of the laurel crowns to the monuments to the fallen in the municipalities of Nettuno and Anzio in the presence of local communities.
